DeVine Pumpkin
A chance arrangement. Hyacinth bean (Dolichos lablab) spends its summer adding height then as fall approaches purple flowers emerge. They in turn produce purple pods on purple stems. All that purple cried out for the contrasting orange of a home-grown pumpkin.
